vandals strikes again..

saw this new graff back at the library again,but this time it does make more sense to 'graff bombing' as we could see the 'graffiti tag' instead some pointless ugly scribbles....

i think its a crew made this... and the lettering was T.S.C,couldnt really read the T n the C,but we can see S stands for shop?haha wt kinda crew tht includes Shop in it?..is it some bloody shop making a public stunt kah??oh well who knows...but this may delivered the msg to the college t for that we need a legal wall to tag on.....or else..this may could get worser...its ugly as hell for the 1st one we encountered...bloody posers..
